This is the Warm up part
Every session will have several discrete parts – we usually start gently with a number of warm up exercises.
To not bore you, these exercises auto-populate from a pool of exercises that fit the following main exercises. Reload the session, and you’ll get different exercises.

In kneeling position on exercise ball, turn upper body from right to left
3x 20 – 1min pause

In kneeling position, plank, one arm on exercise ball, lift both knees
20x right side, 20x left side – 1min pause – 3x
