WARM UP

This is the Warm up part

Every session will have several discrete parts – we usually start gently with a number of warm up exercises. 

To not bore you, these exercises auto-populate from a pool of exercises that fit the following main exercises. Reload the session, and you’ll get different exercises. 

Rotate arms in opposite direction to each other forwards

2x 45sec – 15sec pause

Lying on stomach, roll bent legs from side to side

2x 45sec – 15sec pause

Squats for mobilization

2x 45sec – 15sec pause

Push-ups with straddle and high jumps

Warm Up

MAIN PART

Sit-up with overflexion of the spine on exercise ball

3x 20 – 1min pause

Reverse bench position on exercise ball, lift and lower pelvis

3x 20 – 1min pause

In kneeling position on exercise ball, turn upper body from right to left

3x 20 – 1min pause

In kneeling position, plank, one arm on exercise ball, lift both knees

20x right side, 20x left side – 1min pause – 3x
