We notice again and again that the mobility of our swimming students is not optimally developed: many children have difficulty coordinating relatively simple movements that are necessary for efficient swimming and therefore quick success in learning.
Movement sequences that don’t work on land certainly don’t work in the water – that’s why we’ve created a range of exercises that are easy for our beginners to train on land.
The right training plan for the respective training level
We have created the opportunity for our trainers to recommend the right exercises to kids and swimming beginners according to their needs. Athletes receive links or QR codes to the appropriate plans – and if necessary, a perfectly personalized plan can even be created.
But training plans are usually boring, right?
We all know it: a trainer designs a training plan, the athlete works through his daily program, and the marmot greets you every day.
At some point it gets boring, the program is played out, and at some point a new plan will hopefully come along…
We at Fit4Success America spent a long time developing, producing and discarding tons of code, talking to experts, trainers and programmers, and finally developing this portal!
Interactive training plan creation
We have found a way that guarantees you varied training plans: We use our system to personalize training plans according to skills or general conditions, and access an incredibly large pool of exercises that are constantly being expanded.
So when you look at your training plan, it will look a little different every day. Depending on the focus, some exercises will be repeated over and over again – but we program as much variety as possible into your plan.
This way you can train with pleasure, avoid one-sided stress and be challenged again and again.
Our exercise “pool”
No, this time we are not talking about the swimming pool, but rather about our range of exercises, which we have created together with experts and are constantly expanding.
Each exercise has properties that our training unit generator accesses. We record the intensity, the exercise goals, the appropriate training phase, precise instructions, guide times and much more, and then offer these in the training plan.
We also document and describe the exercises in detail. If at some point you are not sure how to carry out an exercise correctly, just let us show you the details: You will receive detailed text information, pictures, and usually even video instructions!
How does the system personalize?
We create training plans for sporting goals – be it to improve technique, to better prepare our beginners for their first swimming course units or to improve the endurance of a professional athlete.
We combine this data with a filter on the abilities of the individual athlete: You record your vital data in the system and we calculate pulse ranges for you. As you perform each exercise, you will receive instructions on how intensively you should perform the exercise so that it suits your abilities – and you achieve your goals!
